Testimonials

"Thanks for helping with my cluster for my motorhome, it works great. I will be sending my core back in the next couple of days. I installed this weekend and drove my motorhome back home with no problems."

"Just a note to let you know that the unit you repaired works perfectly. Thanks again for the help and the fantastically fast service."

"Finally got the piece installed yesterday (it actually arrived within 2 days). Works great. Not sure why my original piece didn't have the part number printed on it like the one you sent. Would've made things much easier! Thanks for your help!"

"Thank you Keith for all your help and consideration in dealing with the trouble I was having with my car.  Can you send me a few business cards that I can give out as I run into others with the same problem?"

"The new cluster works perfect.  I just got a chance to check it out this past weekend.  Thanks for your help in getting the issue resolved."

"Just wanted to send a note of appreciation for the fast service on repairing my Ford instrument cluster. It is refreshing to find a business with fine service such as yours. Thank you!"

"We received the cluster on Monday. Installation was delayed a few days because of snow (in May) but we got it in yesterday and made a test run today. Eureka! We have speedo, cruise and no surging. Most likely not a monumental result in the big scheme of things but we're over the moon. I'm wearing out the screw holes taking the darn thing In and out but hopefully this is the last time. Thank you so much for all of your help and advice and that you don't give up easily. There was no invoice in the box so just let us know if we owe anything. And again, thanks for doing all of this. I have passed on the Grim name to multiple people."

"Our Coach is a 2002 Itasca Suncruiser 35U. It is built by Winnebago. It, of course is a Ford F-53 chassis. It seems that most of the gas coaches are Ford chassis. I've been told that GM/Chevy got in to the game a little late, so again the largest percentage of gas powered coaches are Ford with the Triton V-10. We bought the coach a year ago. Although it is older and is used, it is not used up. It is in very nice to excellent condition for its age and mileage. We have only had some very minor issues, the most recent being the cluster. After all it is a 10 year old coach so we do expect some routine maintenance and repairs. I have attached a couple pictures. We hope in some small way this helps you and your company. Again, we appreciate your help. You helped us more than you know. We will highly recommend R.T. Grim to anyone we know that may have any electronic needs."

"I have a motorhome on a 2002 F-53 chassis. The instrument cluster is # 1C3F10849HA. The voltage gauge just wiggled when the key was turned on. It would slowly build to around 8 with the the engine running for a while. I had the alternator checked-it was ok. I installed a digital voltage gauge which shows 14.1-14.2 with the engine running. After sending it in for repair, I received the instrument cluster this morning, installed it and everything works fine now. Thanks!"
