"Awesome service, we sent out Ford cluster that needed serious work, RT Grim had it a day, sent it back next day, fixed as if it was brand new! Very reasonably priced! Highly recommended! Thank you!"

"I received the cluster yesterday morning, and by the evening, I had it re-installed in the car. It works great. Thank you very much! I will be sure to post on both forums the great service you have provided to encourage other owners to contact you to get their clusters fixed. Thanks again."

"I recently had a ford mustang cluster repaired with RT grim. I would like to thank you for a job well done at a respectable price. Thanks."

"I had a really great experience with this company. The pricing structure is very easy to understand. They include shipping (both ways) in the estimate and their service was not just on time, but faster than they promised. The cluster we had repaired, worked perfectly and our customer was extremely happy. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again in the future."

"Our Coach is a 2002 Itasca Suncruiser 35U. It is built by Winnebago. It, of course is a Ford F-53 chassis. It seems that most of the gas coaches are Ford chassis. I've been told that GM/Chevy got in to the game a little late, so again the largest percentage of gas powered coaches are Ford with the Triton V-10. We bought the coach a year ago. Although it is older and is used, it is not used up. It is in very nice to excellent condition for its age and mileage. We have only had some very minor issues, the most recent being the cluster. After all it is a 10 year old coach so we do expect some routine maintenance and repairs. I have attached a couple pictures. We hope in some small way this helps you and your company. Again, we appreciate your help. You helped us more than you know. We will highly recommend R.T. Grim to anyone we know that may have any electronic needs."

"I have a motorhome on a 2002 F-53 chassis. The instrument cluster is # 1C3F10849HA. The voltage gauge just wiggled when the key was turned on. It would slowly build to around 8 with the the engine running for a while. I had the alternator checked-it was ok. I installed a digital voltage gauge which shows 14.1-14.2 with the engine running. After sending it in for repair, I received the instrument cluster this morning, installed it and everything works fine now. Thanks!"
