"Finally got the piece installed yesterday (it actually arrived within 2 days). Works great. Not sure why my original piece didn't have the part number printed on it like the one you sent. Would've made things much easier! Thanks for your help!"

Yousaf

"Good morning. DVD player worked great. Mom and kids are happy. Old one is on its way back to you."

Dennis L.

"Thanks to Jerry for calling and leaving the message. It’s refreshing to have been given your professional courtesy even if you were not able to meet my need this time. Other opportunities may come up."

Dan

"I had a really great experience with this company. The pricing structure is very easy to understand. They include shipping (both ways) in the estimate and their service was not just on time, but faster than they promised. The cluster we had repaired, worked perfectly and our customer was extremely happy. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again in the future."

Louie

"Just wanting you to know the volt gauge on the F150 cluster is working as designed. We didn't find anything additional wrong with it, or anything left unplugged. We appreciate your work & professionalism. I've been recommending your business to other shops and retail customers. Thank you."

Don

"Our Coach is a 2002 Itasca Suncruiser 35U. It is built by Winnebago. It, of course is a Ford F-53 chassis. It seems that most of the gas coaches are Ford chassis. I've been told that GM/Chevy got in to the game a little late, so again the largest percentage of gas powered coaches are Ford with the Triton V-10. We bought the coach a year ago. Although it is older and is used, it is not used up. It is in very nice to excellent condition for its age and mileage. We have only had some very minor issues, the most recent being the cluster. After all it is a 10 year old coach so we do expect some routine maintenance and repairs. I have attached a couple pictures. We hope in some small way this helps you and your company. Again, we appreciate your help. You helped us more than you know. We will highly recommend R.T. Grim to anyone we know that may have any electronic needs."
