"I have a motorhome on a 2002 F-53 chassis. The instrument cluster is # 1C3F10849HA. The voltage gauge just wiggled when the key was turned on. It would slowly build to around 8 with the the engine running for a while. I had the alternator checked-it was ok. I installed a digital voltage gauge which shows 14.1-14.2 with the engine running. After sending it in for repair, I received the instrument cluster this morning, installed it and everything works fine now. Thanks!"

"Thank you Keith for all your help and consideration in dealing with the trouble I was having with my car.  Can you send me a few business cards that I can give out as I run into others with the same problem?"

"One of the most positive experiences we've had recently! Every time we need a instrument cluster repaired I call Keith. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The "turn-around" time is lightening quick, and the job is always done correctly. Just recently Keith went "above and beyond" and helped me through a diagnosis and repair at no charge-It is so refreshing to see a business today that believes in doing business with a "handshake" and recognizes customer service and goodwill are keys to success. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND YOU TO OTHER MECHANICAL SHOPS IN NEED OF INSTRUMENT CLUSTER SERVICE! Thank you Keith and R.T. Grim."

"Thank you greatly for fixing the light on my Escape cluster. I understand it was simply replacing a light bulb, but you saved me lots of money. The Ford dealer said I needed to replace the cluster, which would have been expensive. I thought there had to be a better way to make this work again and you did that. Now, I don’t have to be concerned my teenage drivers might accidentally put the car in the wrong gear when driving at night. Thanks again."

"Just wanted to thank you again for fixing my cluster! I must admit I was very hesitant to go through this process, but after talking with one of your associates who had knowledge about fixing these clusters, I gave it a shot. I have a 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac with 305k miles on it. For the last year, I've been putting up with huge annoyances related to the cluster failing. No dashboard instruments, no fuel gauge, no power to stereo or windows, automatic lights flickering on/off draining my battery, etc. I've had the cluster out myself so many times trying to fix it, but they were all band-aid solutions, and I wasn't sure if it was the cluster itself, or the wiring harnesses behind it. The real problem was in the circuit board, which I understood after talking with your company. And in less than a week after sending it in, I had it back and everything is working PERFECTLY!!! My only regret is I didn't do it a year ago! Thanks so much for providing a great service at a very fair price! Worth every penny!!! Happy Holidays!"

"Greate Job!"

"My cluster works great after you made the proper repairs to it. Your turn around time was outstanding. Thank You."

"The repaired cluster works like a champ!! You guys are awesome. I’m back to my 130K odometer, and the fuel gauge is on the money thanks to you and the tech for such excellent service. If you know of someone that would like to buy a 312K cluster that’s in perfect shape other than high miles just send them my way. It’s going into a box to be stored for now."
